The Prettiest Cupcake

 

This cake was developed for a client with a special brief: Could I please make the prettiest, most joyful cupcake I could for a tea party to honour a friend battling breast cancer.

 I designed a light, lemon cupcake filled the centre with home-made raspberry conserve and frosted with a duo swirl of raspberry and lemon. A sweet, pretty white chocolate transfer disc and a gorgeous paper cupcake wrap finished the look.

To be asked to contribute on such a special day was an honour – these cakes were made with love, hope and humility.Image
